Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Texas OT license (TBOTE) in good standing.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct occupational therapy assessments to identify students’ strengths, functional needs, and barriers to participation at school.
• Explain evaluation results to families, educators, and district personnel with clarity and compassion.
• Collaborate with the IEP team to develop measurable goals and evidence-based interventions.
• Provide OT services aligned with IEP goals and supervise COTAs when assigned.
• Maintain progress notes and use data to guide recommendations and adjustments.
