Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Mid-Level Full Stack Software Engineer to support the Chinook Program for an Intelligence Community customer. You will design, develop, and deliver modern software across the full stack, including RESTful APIs and web interfaces, using React, Node.js, Python, Java, and Go.

Work with microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud-native solutions in an Agile environment. Gaithersburg, MD is the primary location with options across several sites; Top Secret/SCI

Qualifications

• US citizenship is required per contract.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/SE with 4–8 years of experience or Master’s with 2–6 years.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with ability to pass Polygraph.
• Proficiency with web technologies, programming languages, cloud, databases, and tools listed.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions that support GEOINT mission.
• Participate in agile development sprints and stand-ups.
• Build and maintain secure, containerized applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS.
• Develop RESTful APIs and UIs with React, Node.js, Flask or Spring Boot.
• Collaborate with mission users and product managers to refine requirements.
• Support DevSecOps pipelines and ensure security and accreditation standards.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers as needed.
• Resolve tasks as prioritized by the product owner.
