Job summary

UNKNOWN HEALTHCARE in Worthington, MA seeks a Recruiter to join our mission-driven community health center and attract top professionals aligned with our values. You will manage the full-cycle recruitment process and partner with hiring managers to deliver a seamless candidate experience.

You will coordinate onboarding, credentialing support for clinical hires, and help build strong relationships with external partners to develop recruitment pipelines.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field required.
• 1–3 years of recruiting or HR experience required.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates across the organization, including clinical, administrative, and support roles.
• Coordinate the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting vacancies and managing candidate communications.
• Manage the ATS ensuring accurate candidate information throughout the process.
• Screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and evaluate candidates against position requirements.
• Partner with hiring managers to support effective hiring decisions and extend offers with pre-employment documentation.
• Coordinate onboarding and access to LMS, IT systems, EHR, and other systems.
• Represent the organization at job fairs and community events to build candidate pipelines.
