Qualifications

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field required.
• 1-3 years of recruiting or HR experience.
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) required; HRIS preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and interviewing skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates across clinical, administrative, and support roles.
• Coordinate the full-cycle recruitment process, including posting vacancies and managing candidate communications.
• Manage the ATS and ensure accurate candidate information throughout the hiring process.
• Screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and evaluate candidates based on position requirements.
• Partner with hiring managers to support effective hiring decisions and onboarding.
