Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related Human Services field approved by BCAL.
• Commitment to providing excellent child welfare services.
• Experience in working with children or adults in counseling, interviewing, family assessment or crisis intervention.

Responsibilities

• Monthly home visits with foster children (at least monthly in their residence).
• Monthly visits with parents of foster children to support reunification goals.
• Timely report writing including quarterly reports for court and attorneys.
• Court testimony and regular appearances as required.
• Coordination with agency staff and community resources to support case plans.
