You will engage with diverse communities, attend court hearings, and collaborate with supervisors to ensure quality adoption services in line with state licensing and agency standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or equivalent is required.
• At least one year of experience in a child welfare agency.
• Ability to engage, develop, and maintain positive community relationships with diverse groups.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license and at least 3 years driving experience in the U.S.

Responsabilités

• Provide thorough assessments for pre-adoptive children and families.
• Conduct adoptive educational and preparational group meetings for pre-adoptive families.
• Process case assignments and complete child and adoptive family assessments.
• Coordinate pre-adoptive planning with foster care workers and DHS sources.
• Prepare children and families for adoption and conduct pre-adoptive visitations.
• Attend required court hearings and participate in case planning with supervisor.
• Promote Bethany's adoption services within the community and attend events.
