Qualifications

• Active US security clearance, or eligibility and willingness to obtain one.
• Strong coding skills in Java, Python, Bash, JavaScript, or Go.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability.
• Ability to automate manual tasks and improve production runbooks.

Responsibilities

• Handle support and operations of Palantir software, including monitoring, alerts, configuration, and upgrades.
• Deploy new Palantir products at customer deployments and migrate to latest infrastructure types.
• Debug, improve, and optimize services for long-term reliability and scalability.
• Automate workflows and runbooks to reduce manual operations; participate in on-call rotation.
