Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong engineering background in CS, math, software engineering, physics, or data science.
• Proficient in Java, Go, Python, or JavaScript; able to code and use tooling in these languages.
• Active US security clearance or eligible and willing to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Handle support and operations of Palantir software, including monitoring and upgrades.
• Deploy new Palantir products at customer deployments and perform migrations.
• Debug, improve, and optimize Palantir's services for long-term reliability.
• Automate manual operations and create runbooks where possible.
• Provide technical troubleshooting for production issues and participate in on-call rotations.
• Develop solutions in Foundry and Apollo to solve infrastructure challenges.
