Job summary

Branches is seeking a Financial Coach to provide individualized coaching, financial education, case management, and resource navigation to participants enrolled in our Financial Wellness Services.

You will engage families, deliver budgeting and credit-building sessions, track outcomes, and collaborate with partners to connect participants with opportunities that promote lasting financial stability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; alternative: 5+ years in related field.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Creole required.
• Experience serving low- to moderate-income individuals and families preferred.
• Experience in financial coaching, education, credit counseling, or tax prep preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one financial coaching and budgeting guidance.
• Facilitate financial education workshops for youth, adults, and families.
• Conduct case management and resource navigation for participants.
• Track outcomes and maintain confidential participant records.
• Engage community partners and recruit participants for services.
