Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in financial coaching or related field.
• Strong understanding of personal finance, credit, and debt management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in conducting financial workshops and one-on-one coaching.

Responsibilities

• Branch Operations: handle cash drawer and teller tasks per policy.
• Provide personalized financial coaching to members on budgeting, debt management, and savings.
• Create comprehensive financial plans tailored to members' goals.
• Guide on credit improvement and loan/credit decisions.
• Help members build and maintain budgets and emergency funds.
