Job summary

HUB International is seeking a FinPath Financial Coach to work remotely with participants, helping them build healthy financial habits and actionable plans aligned with their goals. You will serve as a trusted accountability partner, delivering one-on-one coaching via phone, video, and occasional in-person sessions.

Responsibilities include guiding budgeting and debt management, delivering webinars and workshops, and documenting sessions in HubSpot CRM.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in financial coaching, financial education, credit counseling, banking, or related fields.
• Strong working knowledge of personal finance: budgeting, debt, credit, savings, and retirement planning.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and presentation skills.
• Comfortable facilitating both individual sessions and group workshops.
• Ability to travel occasionally for in-person events and employer site visits.
• Proficiency with virtual meeting platforms and standard productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct confidential one-on-one financial coaching sessions via phone, video, and in person as applicable.
• Travel occasionally to support in-person financial wellness events, employer client locations.
• Guide participants in building action plans across budgeting, debt management, emergency savings, credit improvement, homeownership, student loans, retirement readiness, and other financial wellness topics.
• Facilitate engaging financial wellness webinars, workshops, and group presentations for employer clients.
• Apply a coaching approach (including motivational interviewing techniques) that drives lasting behavior change.
• Document sessions accurately and consistently within HubSpot CRM.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and strong participant relationships throughout the coaching relationship.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support program engagement, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Stay current on personal finance topics, financial wellness trends, and coaching best practices.
