Bank of America is seeking a financial advisor to provide comprehensive advice and customized solutions to clients, helping them achieve their financial goals. Responsibilities include triaging client leads, referring to business partners, meeting with clients to review goals, building a financial plan, and recommending brokerage products.

This role may require SAFE Act registration, licenses, and ongoing training.

Competenze

• Current Series 7 & 66 licenses; 63 & 65 in lieu of 66 may extend offer conditioned on passing missing series within 60 days.
• At least one year experience in the investments industry with training and knowledge of investment products and services.
• At least one year experience in financial services or sales with goals met or exceeded.
• Strong goal setting and relationship-building abilities.
• Team collaboration and effective communication with clients.

Mansioni

• Plan clients' short- and long-term financial goals and build plans using brokerage products (stocks, bonds, funds, annuities, banking solutions).
• Recommend banking and investment strategies aligned with client goals.
• Triages client requests and refers to internal service providers based on needs and assets.
• Mitigate and manage risk in daily activities.
• Identify potential new clients through referrals or financial center networks.
• Provide coaching to referral partners based on client needs and services.
