This role offers coaching, onboarding, and the potential to control your income through commissions and incentives. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, FINRA SIE and state licenses, and a clean background.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• FINRA SIE, life and health licenses (licensed role) before contracting.
• Satisfactory background check, fingerprinting and registration verification.

Responsibilities

• Build a financial practice guiding Christians on their journeys to financial clarity.
• Provide personal, actionable advice and connect clients to Thrivent products.
• Develop long-term client relationships across generations based on trust.
