Job summary

Associated Services Inspections, Ltd. is seeking Loss Control Field Inspectors to perform on-site evaluations of commercial, residential, or farm properties across a 50-mile radius. You will document findings with photos, measurements, and detailed narratives for rapid underwriting decisions.

Qualifications

3–5 years of commercial loss control inspection experience.
Knowledge of commercial property, general liability, workers' comp.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Receive assignments electronically and review inspection requirements.
Contact the insured by phone, email, or text to schedule.
Conduct on-site evaluations of properties, assessing systems and risk.
Capture 20–35 interior and exterior photos per structure.
Take measurements with a wheel, laser, or satellite tools.
Interview the insured about operations and risk details.
Update inspection status through ASI's online platform.
Complete reports using Loss Control 360 with Rapid Sketch.
