Job summary

You will work under the Project Superintendent and Craft Foreman to complete field tasks and support layout, RFIs, shop drawings, and schedules. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management and strong written/verbal communication; 1–2 years of field experience and surveying/layout.

Responsibilities

• Assist Foreman with structure layout
• Field purchase orders
• Engineering duties as assigned for assistance in planning construction.
• Maintain and update project logs and schedules.
• Identify need for RFIs (Requests for Information).
• Prepare, review and process shop drawings.
• Maintain as-built drawings.
• Collect and assemble O&M material.
• Perform subcontract scope analysis.
• Assist with purchasing and expediting.
• Document distribution.
• Meeting minutes and distribution.
• Scheduling.
