Qualifications

• Active Family Nurse Practitioner license in the state of practice.
• Minimum 1 year of recent NP experience in primary care, family medicine, or urgent care.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and treatment skills.
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and clinical technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary and family care, including assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and follow-up.
• Evaluate and treat common illnesses and injuries.
• Conduct routine physicals and health screenings.
• Educate patients on preventive care and healthy lifestyles.
• Coordinate care with other clinicians to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate documentation in electronic medical record systems.
• Support appointment management and clinic administrative tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment.
• Work independently while collaborating with the clinical team.
