Qualifications

• Associates degree or 2+ years in facilities operations.
• Experience coordinating preventive maintenance programs.
• Experience troubleshooting general warehouse equipment.
• Vendor relationship management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities and fleet operations for efficiency and reliability.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance for building, fleet, and equipment.
• Ensure safety compliance and manage safety programs with the director.
• Supervise staff, vendors, and volunteers; provide training as needed.
