Job summary

IRG Physical & Hand Therapy is seeking motivated Exercise Specialists to support patients with prescribed exercise programs and therapeutic modalities, while fostering strong patient relationships.

You will assist with treatment setup, education, and maintain a safe, clean clinic environment, using EMR and clinic systems. A high school diploma is required, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred and experience in customer-facing roles beneficial.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Health Sciences, or related field preferred.
• Customer service or patient-facing experience preferred.
• Knowledge of body mechanics, functional movement, and exercises.
• HIPAA laws and compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Guide patients through therapist-prescribed exercise programs.
• Assist with therapeutic modalities and treatment setup.
• Provide encouragement and education to help patients achieve goals.
• Prepare, maintain, and clean a safe clinical environment.
• Build professional relationships with patients.
