Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of EIBI program management including enrollment, outcomes, staffing, and financial reconciliation.
• Ensure staff schedules align with client and family needs, and monitor regulatory and waiver compliance.
• Set performance targets, track KPIs, and drive quality improvement across the program.
• Manage annual budget planning, variances, and audit readiness; report to the Board.
