Job summary

Dominion Care is seeking a Clinic EIBI BCBA to lead a team of clinicians and manage a caseload of clients in Virginia. The role emphasizes in-home and clinic-based supervision, program development, and maintaining high standards of clinical practice.

You will conduct client assessments, develop ISPs, and supervise staff while ensuring family training and collaboration with other providers. A BACB-verified pathway and VA licensure eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree or higher in a BACB-approved field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or eligibility to sit for BCBA exam within two months.
• Virginia Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license or eligibility to obtain licensure.

Responsibilities

• Perform client assessments and develop ISPs based on assessments.
• Clinically manage skill acquisition, generalization, maintenance, and behaviors.
• Provide supervision and training to clinical staff and assistant BAs.
• Coordinate with other providers to ensure consistency of services.
• Lead staff meetings, supervise CITs, and oversee documentation in system.
