Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking an Enterprise Data Integration Migration intern to gain hands-on experience across data integration, migration, and modernization initiatives. You will work with experienced consultants, supporting data extraction, mapping, transforming, and loading data between systems.

The role offers exposure to ERP, CRM, HR, and other enterprise platforms, with teams that help develop technical and consulting skills in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed bachelor’s degree in data analytics, data engineering, computer science, MIS or related field.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
• Interest in data, technology, and business processes.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Must be a team player and able to communicate with staff at all levels.
• Travel to assigned client locations is required.
• Must have access to reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Work with project teams on data integration, migration, and management.
• Assist with analyzing, validating, cleansing, and transforming data across business systems.
• Support data migration activities, including ETL between systems.
• Identify data quality issues and help improve data accuracy and completeness.
• Gain exposure to ERP, CRM, HR, and other enterprise systems.
