Job summary

RSM's Data & Digital Solutions – Intern- Enterprise Data Integration Migration offers hands-on experience on data integration, migration, and modernization across ERP, CRM, HR, and other systems. You will work with experienced consultants to understand client needs and deliver real‑world data solutions in a collaborative team.

Ideal candidates are pursuing a bachelor’s degree in data analytics, data engineering, computer science, MIS or related field.

Qualifications

Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in data analytics, data engineering, computer science, MIS or related field required from an accredited university.
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills.
Interest in data, technology, and business processes.
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Travel to assigned client locations is required.

Responsibilities

Work with RSM team members on client projects involving data integration, migration, and management.
Assist with analyzing, validating, cleansing, and transforming data across business systems.
Support data migration activities, including extracting, mapping, transforming, and loading data between systems.
Help identify data quality issues and support efforts to improve data accuracy and consistency.
