Job summary

RSM is seeking a Data & Digital Solutions Intern in Denver to work on Enterprise Data Integration and Migration projects, gaining hands-on experience across data extraction, transformation, and loading between systems, including ERP/CRM components.

You will collaborate with experienced consultants, analyze data quality, and contribute to client engagements while developing technical and consulting skills in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in data analytics, data engineering, CS, MIS or related field.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in data, technology, and business processes.

Responsibilities

• Work with RSM team members on client projects involving data integration, migration, and management.
• Assist with analyzing, validating, cleansing, and transforming data across business systems.
• Support data migration activities, including extracting, mapping, transforming, and loading data between systems.
• Help identify data quality issues and support efforts to improve the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of client data.
• Gain exposure to how organizations integrate and migrate data across ERP, CRM, HR, and other enterprise systems.
• Gain hands-on experience with tools and technologies used for data integration, analytics, reporting, and automation.
