Qualifications

Pursuing a bachelor's degree in data analytics, data engineering, computer science, MIS or related field.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Interest in data, technology, and business processes.
Effective written and verbal communication.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Able to work with staff at all levels and travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

Work with team on client projects involving data integration, migration, and management.
Assist with analyzing, validating, cleansing, and transforming data across systems.
Support data migration activities including ETL between systems.
Help identify data quality issues and improve data accuracy and consistency.
Gain exposure to ERP, CRM, HR, and other enterprise systems integration.
