Cenergistic is seeking motivated Energy Specialists in Union, NJ to help schools, universities, hospitals, and government organizations reduce energy waste. You’ll conduct building audits, analyze data, and implement energy-saving measures across client sites.

We train you in energy conservation and building systems. The role emphasizes relationship-building, persistence, and clear communication with custodians, facilities teams, and leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation.
• Current auto insurance and ability to provide proof of insurance.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office and learning new technology.
• Strong communication, influencing, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and follow issues through to resolution.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule.

Responsabilités

• Conduct building audits and identify energy-saving opportunities.
