Since 1986, we've helped our clients save more than $7.3 billion in utility costs while earning recognition as a 13-time ENERGY STAR Partner of the Year.

As an Energy Specialist, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to your clients—building relationships, solving problems, and helping organizations operate more efficiently. While experience in energy management is helpful, it isn't required. We provide the training; your communication skills, initiative, and ability to influence positive change are what matter most.

If you enjoy working independently, building relationships, and making a measurable impact, we'd love to hear from you.

  • A flexible, results-focused work environment
  • Independence to manage your assigned client portfolio
  • Meaningful work with measurable financial and environmental impact
