MAHUBE-OTWA is recruiting an Intake Navigator for the Energy Assistance program in Fergus Falls, MN. This role handles phone calls, walk-ins, scheduling, and intake processing to assist households in accessing energy assistance services.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, data entry accuracy, and the ability to maintain confidentiality in a fast-paced environment. Some remote work may be possible after training period.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical/vocational certificate a plus.
• Experience in customer service or related clerical roles preferred.
• Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Process phone calls and walk-ins; schedule appointments and complete intakes.
• Process applications and related paperwork for the Energy Assistance program.
• Provide services to clients and households; support data entry and record keeping.
