Job summary

Chrysalis is seeking an Employment Coach to provide customized employment services for at-risk adults, including discovery, job search planning, job development, negotiation and post-employment support.

Under supervision you will supervise individuals on their jobs, establish relationships with employers, train individuals on required duties, and ensure safety and quality in accordance with Chrysalis policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old and eligible to drive.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Ability to speak, read and write effectively in English.
• High school Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with the individual's team and employer.
• Ensure punctuality and regular attendance at the worksite.
• Build professional relationships with employers.
• Teach daily living skills as it relates to the job.
• Complete administrative tasks and documentation on time.
