Responsibilities

• Train individuals on essential job duties and promote independence in the workplace.
• Identify individual skills, conditions, and contributions to customize employer relationships.
• Develop professional relationships with employer and coworkers to support natural supports and accommodations.
• Communicate effectively with the individual's support team, employer, and coworkers.
• Complete required documentation within established time frames.
• Attend trainings and maintain required certifications for employment.
