The role emphasizes relationship building with employers, coaching on soft and hard skills, and maintaining thorough records in HMIS. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred; a bachelor's in a related field and 4+ years of experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, or related field preferred.
• Four years of related employment services experience may substitute for degree.
• Experience with client assessment, employment planning, barrier resolution, job readiness, and placement services.
• Spanish language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete employment assessments for program participants.
• Identify education/work experience/skills/needs; assess readiness for referrals.
• Conduct job development and search activities; provide follow-up support.
• Support clients pursuing further education.
• Manage caseload; coach on soft/hard skills; help secure higher-paying jobs.
• Establish and maintain employer relationships; target six new contacts monthly.
• Facilitate employment-related classes and workshops.
• Provide transportation to employment activities.
• Maintain detailed case records; ensure confidentiality.
• Generate client outcomes and reports using HMIS and Excel.
• Supervise interns/volunteers; ensure program standards.
• Participate in community initiatives and events.
• Meet KPIs and attend trainings.
