Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Attends work on a regular and predictable schedule per agency policy.
• Opens, dates, sorts, or distributes mail and records.
• Prepares and proofs correspondence and forms using computer software.
• Communicates with others to provide or verify information and resolve issues.
• Maintains records and logs, files and purges as needed.
• Data entry, batching forms, and assembling materials into packets.
