Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensed clinical social worker (LMSW or LCSW) preferred.
• Experience in school-based social work and with adolescent development.
• Bilingual Spanish abilities highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide regular individual and group counseling to students and families.
• Conduct crisis intervention as needed.
• Manage counseling schedules and document student interactions.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and supervisors to meet student needs.
• Coordinate referrals to external services and supports as required.
