Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work or related counseling field from an accredited college or university required.
• NYS Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or LMSW-AP.
• Experience as a Social Worker or School Counselor, preferably in a charter or public school.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of individuals and families to improve student outcomes.
• Provide consultation to school personnel and community partners.
• Act as a liaison with community agencies to ensure continuity of services.
