Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Counsels students to encourage and support achievement.
• Monitors and enforces conduct per district policy.
• Observes and reports student performance and behavior.
• Prepares lesson outlines and materials per curriculum guidelines.
• Establishes clear objectives for lessons and projects.
• Presents material using varied teaching methods and technology.
• Instructs individually and in groups using diverse techniques.
• Assesses with tests and assignments; records grades in district systems.
• Compiles attendance and activity reports as required.
• Communicates with parents/guardians and staff to resolve issues.
