C2 Education is seeking a full-time Educational Program Coordinator in Montvale, NJ to coordinate after-school classes and educational events. You will manage scheduling, room bookings, materials, and communications among students, instructors, and families to ensure smooth operation of programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in educational program coordination.
• Experience working in a classroom or educational setting.
• Experience with administrative duties.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics for classes, workshops, and educational events, including scheduling, room bookings, and material preparation.
• Communicate effectively with students, instructors, and stakeholders regarding program details, schedules, and changes.
• Provide support to students, addressing inquiries and academic needs.
• Maintain records of student enrollment, attendance, progress and other data.
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver educational programs.
• Build relationships with students, instructors, parents, and stakeholders.
• Provide administrative support to instructors (materials, correspondence, tech setup).
