Qualifications

• A bachelor’s or higher degree in related fields; transcripts/diploma required
• One year of hands-on experience with young children and families in relevant roles
• Degrees in other fields require 3 years of related experience with children with disabilities
• Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) are a plus
• Must meet driver qualifications to use personal vehicle for program needs

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact helping families access community services
• Obtain information on funding sources to meet children's needs
• Provide parent education with strategies for caregivers based on family needs
