Easterseals Florida seeks a Service Coordinator for the Treasure Coast Early Steps program in West Palm Beach. You will help families access services in diverse environments, including home visits and community settings.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in relevant fields and at least one year of experience with young children and families; bilingual skills are a plus, and driver qualifications may apply. Compensation includes benefits and a positive community impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work, health education, interdisciplinary sociology, early childhood, child development or special education (diploma/ transcript required).
• One year of hands-on experience with young children and families in teaching, case management or counseling.
• Spanish/English bilingualism is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for families to access community services.
• Obtain information on funding sources to meet children's needs.
• Provide parent education programs with strategies for caregivers.
