Job summary

SERCO of Texas, Inc. is seeking an Early Learning Program Coordinator to support and expand our Early Learning Programs within the CCS framework.

The role focuses on maintaining accurate provider files, updating contracts, and ensuring providers are aware of changes to CCS and Early Learning Programs. The coordinator will build positive relationships with providers, renew agreements, enroll relative care providers, and drive registration growth across the program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Social/Behavioral Sciences or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years in workforce development or similar setting.
• Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish).

Responsibilities

• Renew provider agreements and enroll relative care providers as needed.
• Maintain, update, and distribute providers list to CCS staff.
• Run KinderTrack reports and submit TRS/TSR reports regularly.
• Coordinate annual provider visits and on-site observations for children with disabilities.
• Assist TRS & TSR with meetings and trainings; prepare for Child Care Directors Meetings.
• Recruit and enroll new Early Learning Programs; manage provider files and renewals.
