Job summary

Catholic Charities Serving Central Washington in Wenatchee, WA is seeking an Early Learning and Family Support Specialist for 20 hours/week. This part-time role focuses on family engagement, caregiver advocacy, and collaboration with community partners to promote access to services.

The position requires an Associate degree with relevant experience, bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, First Aid/CPR, and ability to travel to sites across Central Washington.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in psychology, early childhood education, social services, or related field required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Early Learning and Family Engagement teams to promote equitable access to services for families in Central Washington.
• Build relationships with community partners and colleagues.
• Facilitate Play & Learn groups at identified sites across Central Washington.
• Contribute to design and implementation of team projects and initiatives.
• Recruit families to participate in early learning programs and plan family nights.
• Maintain accurate documentation of activities.
