Criterion Child Enrichment, Inc. seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver early intervention services to families with children birth to 3. The role includes home-based visits, parent coaching, and collaboration with a trans-disciplinary team within the catchment area.

Eligibility requires a Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, MA licensure in SLP, and CCC or CFY candidate status. Full-time/part-time opportunities with a $6,000 sign-on bonus are available.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech and Language Pathology required.
• Current licensure in Massachusetts SLP Board.
• CCC or CFY candidate considered.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of infant-toddler development.
• Utilize parent coaching with families.
• Participate in screenings, assessments, and home visits as part of a trans-disciplinary team.
• Provide home-based services across catchment area.
• Collaborate with community providers to ensure continuity of services including autism and hearing/vision loss.
• Provide service coordination for Individual Family Service Plan.
