Job summary

The Alliance For Infants and Toddlers, Inc. seeks a Service Coordinator to provide early intervention service coordination across Allegheny County.

The role requires collaboration with families, medical providers, and community services while maintaining accurate records. The coordinator will manage screenings, develop and monitor the Individualized Family Service Plan, and ensure timely documentation and attendance at required trainings.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of children with developmental delays and related conditions.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally.
• Ability to manage caseload information in a web-based data system.

Responsibilities

• Explain Early Intervention services to families in Allegheny County.
• Coordinate screenings, assessments, and schedules.
• Identify community resources benefiting child and family.
• Coordinate with medical and health providers.
• Monitor needs through family interviews and instruments.
• Provide parent education and support.
• Develop and review Service Coordination Plan and IFSP.
• Ensure delivery of EI services with ongoing contact.
