Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a state-approved field related to child development.
• Experience working with families or children; disability experience preferred.
• Ability to enroll providers and meet enrollment qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Function in intake or ongoing coordinator role.
• Assist eligibility determination and referral activities.
• Conduct family assessments and observe child development.
• Coordinate evaluations and assessments.
• Inform parents of their rights and IFSP processes.
• Maintain accurate electronic and paper records.
• Coordinate services and monitor delivery of supports.
