Ponca Tribe of Nebraska Head Start and Early Head Start in Macy, NE is seeking an Associate Teacher to help deliver developmentally appropriate education for young children. The role emphasizes family involvement, health, nutrition, and supportive services, with a schedule of 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

You will observe and document progress, plan lessons, and collaborate with lead staff to meet Head Start standards.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• CDA credential and/or associate's degree preferred.
• Two years of early childhood experience preferred.
• Willing to obtain First Aid and CPR certification.

Mansioni

• Work 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
• Observe, assess, and document each child's development.
• Assist in development of individualized education plans.
• Support classroom management and a safe, healthy learning environment.
• Engage with families through conferences and home visits.
• Maintain confidentiality and complete required paperwork.
