The Omaha Tribe of Nebraska Head Start program seeks a Lead Teacher to plan and implement a comprehensive early childhood education program for infants and toddlers. You will ensure developmentally appropriate practices, coordinate lessons, and collaborate with families to support child growth.

Responsibilities include conducting assessments, maintaining confidentiality, and leading classroom activities while adhering to federal Head Start standards and program policies.

Competenze

• Observe, assess and document each child's skills, behavior, growth and development.
• Develop individualized education plans for each child.
• Carry out family reviews and IFSP meetings with staff partners.

• Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans for infants and toddlers.
• Create a stimulating learning environment and manage classroom routines.
• Schedule two Parent/Teacher Conferences and two home visits per year.
• Maintain daily attendance and child files with required records.
