Job summary

Community Services for Children, Inc. is seeking a Child Development Partner to deliver weekly home visits for pregnant women, infants, and toddlers under the Head Start/Early Head Start program.

The role focuses on individualized education, family engagement, and healthy parenting practices within at-risk populations. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields and at least three years of experience with infants and toddlers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Social Work, Human Development and Family Studies, Psychology or related field is required.
• Three years of experience working with infants and toddlers is required.
• Bilingual Arabic/English or Spanish/English is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly comprehensive services to children and families in their homes.
• Provide education on prenatal and child development, parenting and healthy family lifestyles.
• Partner with parents to provide activities, experiences, and resources supporting healthy births and learning readiness.
• Provide bi-monthly classroom experiences for children and parents to support positive interactions.
• Promote parents as their child’s first and most important teacher.
• Model and support positive, nurturing parent-child relationships.
