Job summary

Signal Centers' Chattanooga Children's Program seeks an Early Childhood Development Coordinator to schedule and facilitate IEP Team meetings, implement IEPs, monitor progress, and mentor staff in a preschool setting.

You will work with teachers and therapists to ensure developmentally appropriate activities, family engagement, and strong coordination of services for children with special needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Education or related field; Special Education degree strongly preferred; must maintain a teaching license and be certified in Special Education.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preschool and infant/toddler classrooms as assigned by the Director of Children's Services.
• Oversee special education services including IEP development, implementation, coordination, and documentation; participate in IEP meetings.
