Danville-Pittsylvania Community Services is seeking an Early Childhood Case Manager - Contract to provide assessment, linkage, and advocacy for children from birth to age three with developmental delays or diagnosed conditions in Danville, VA. The role is contract/PRN with fluctuating hours and not a regular full-time or part-time position.

You will coordinate services, develop IFSPs, and ensure documentation and regulatory compliance while applying standard practices with some decision-making

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree or an RN license valid in Virginia.
• Within two months of employment, complete Early Intervention Training Modules and obtain EI Case Manager certification.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record.

Responsabilités

• Provide assessment, linkage, and advocacy services to individuals from birth to age three with developmental delays or diagnosed conditions.
• Coordinate and integrate services for assigned caseload; develop and implement IFSPs; complete required documentation.
• Comply with all regulations applicable to program services; apply standard practices with some latitude for decision making.

Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education / Special Education / Human Services-related field
