Independent Beginnings is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) / Caregivers to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Sidney, OH. Positions available: Full-Time and Part-Time, with day, night, and weekend shifts.

The role includes direct care, personal support, and transportation responsibilities. Benefits include hourly pay of $18.00–$19.00, weekly pay, bonuses for attendance and performance, PTO after 90 days, 401K with company match after one year, and

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in English, including spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to people with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
• Help with daily activities including personal care, housekeeping, and meal preparation.
• Work closely with a team including co-workers, client’s family, and medical professionals to promote independence.
• Transport clients to appointments and activities (mileage reimbursement).
