Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must communicate in English (written and spoken).
• Must have a valid driver’s license if transporting clients.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Assist with daily activities such as meals, hygiene, and personal care.
• Coordinate with coworkers, families, and medical staff to promote independence.
• Transport clients to appointments and activities (mileage reimbursement provided).
