Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of administrative or coordination experience, nonprofit preferred.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM/donor systems.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Manage administrative functions and calendars for development officers.
• Coordinate donor engagement activities, meetings, and donor visit logistics.
• Assist with reporting, data management, and KPI tracking.
• Support onboarding, troubleshooting, and proposal development with campus partners.
• Coordinate gift processing, deposits, and pledge documentation.
• Maintain accurate donor records and briefing materials.
• Organize office operations, supplies, travel, and internal communications.
